We acquire townhouses, apartment units, retail shopfronts, and office suites across Western Sydney and greater NSW. Local agents manage leases after settlement; we occasionally co-fund small builds with contractors. All purchases are company-funded.
We take 10–30% in family-run or small industrial businesses with stable cash flow — mainly warehousing, light manufacturing, and facilities. We do not take operating roles; distributions follow shareholder agreements.
Our admin team maintains asset ledgers for property and equity holdings and works with firms such as Seven Hills Accounting on annual audits and tax filings.
