Company Overview

GROWTH INVESTMENTS PTY. LTD. was registered in 2003. Our registered office is Suite 418/2-8 Brookhollow Avenue, Norwest NSW 2153. Funded by private shareholders, the company holds property across Western Sydney, takes selected equity positions, and provides internal accounting and compliance support.

We conduct independent checks on leases, title, and building condition before acquiring property. Equity participations are limited to businesses with readable cash flow, and we never hold a controlling stake.

How We Operate

Three Rules, Unchanged for Twenty Years

Our own money. Property and equity are funded from company or affiliate capital. We do not solicit funds from the public.

Buy what we understand. If the lease or cash flow is not clear, we pass.

Leverage has a ceiling. We keep debt conservative and maintain liquid reserves on the balance sheet.

Executive Director

Marcus has been involved since the company was formed in 2003. He leads property acquisitions, lease negotiations, and tax structuring with our accountants. He previously spent fifteen years in Sydney commercial property brokerage and asset management.

Every property requires an independent lease review, title search, and building inspection. Equity deals need three years of operating accounts — otherwise we walk away.

Keep Cash on Hand

We operate under an internal leverage limit and maintain liquid reserves for vacancies, maintenance, and economic cycles.

Clear Boundaries

We do not offer services or return commitments to unrelated parties.
